## Calling for assistance

- **Breakdown or accident:** call the 24-hour centre on **05 22 97 47 47** and give your position; it arranges towing, repair or a replacement vehicle.
- **Questions about a contract:** 05 22 95 75 20 or 22, Monday to Friday, 8:30 to 17:30.

1. Call before you pay or arrange anything yourself: the company must first agree to the service.
2. Have ready your contract or certificate number, your passport or ID, and where you are.
3. Keep every receipt and medical report, and send them as the company asks.
