You then follow the file online or in the MyRMA app. - **Work accident** (for employers): 05 22 26 26 36. - **Other claims.** Your agent, your broker or the Bank of Africa branch that sold the contract opens the file. 1. Declare within 5 days of learning of the loss (60 days for an officially declared catastrophic event), in writing, and keep a copy. 2. Send what proves the loss: the constat amiable for a car accident, the police report for a theft or injuries, photos and invoices. 3. Do not repair or throw anything away before the insurer's expert has seen it, unless it is urgent. RMA is on the list of companies approved by ACAPS, the regulator. Before you pay, you can check that list, and the map of approved agents and brokers, on [acaps.ma](https://www.acaps.ma). **Does Assurlik sell RMA's contracts?** No. Assurlik sells nothing and takes no commission.
