What La Marocaine Vie sells
Our guides to the covers it sells:
Declaring a claim
- Death benefit, loan cover or savings withdrawal. Contact the Saham Bank branch or the broker that sold the contract: they collect the documents and pass the file on. For a death, the beneficiaries usually need the death certificate, their ID and the contract references.
- Declare within 5 days of learning of the loss (60 days for an officially declared catastrophic event), in writing, and keep a copy.
- Send what proves the loss: the constat amiable for a car accident, the police report for a theft or injuries, photos and invoices.
- Do not repair or throw anything away before the insurer's expert has seen it, unless it is urgent.
